ABSTRACT
Purpose@#To investigate the relationship between rumination, coping strategies, and subjective well-being (SWB) and test the mediating effects of coping strategies on rumination and SWB in patients with breast cancer (BC). @*Methods@#This cross-sectional study assessed rumination, coping strategies, and SWB using the General Well-being Schedule, the Chinese Event-Related Rumination Inventory, and the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire in BC patients admitted to a tertiary general hospital in China. @*Results@#SWB was positively associated with the total score for rumination (r = .32, p < .01), deliberate rumination (r = .75, p < .01), and confrontation (r = .58, p < .01). The relationship between rumination and SWB was mediated by confrontation (indirect effect = .74). @*Conclusion@#BC diagnosis can affect patient's SWB. These findings indicate that rumination and confrontation have direct and indirect effects on SWB. Therefore, psychological interventions focused on improving coping may increase SWB. Notwithstanding, larger longitudinal studies are needed to further examine the relationship between cognitive processes, coping strategies, and SWB.

Results and Conclusion The number of rehabilitation nursing studies both at home and abroad increased. USA published the most literatures (893) in the world, and China ranked the seventh (117). The most leading research institute was University of Toronto (Canada) in the world, and West China Hospital (Sichuan) in China. China and other countries all focused on stroke and quality of life, but less focused on long-term outcomes of rehabilitation in China. The research fronts in the foreigns extended from hospitals to communities and nursing homes, and the subjects of service extended from inpatients to the adults and old adults. The key word emerged in 2016 was cardiovascular disease, indicating a new developing hot topics. Objective:To analyze the domestic and foreign research hot topics and research fronts of rehabilitation nursing in recent ten years. Methods:The literatures about rehabilitation nursing were retrieved from the databases of Web of Science and CNKI, from 2009 to 2018. The visualization maps were drawn with CiteSpace V software to analyse time, country, institution, research hotspots and fronts.

Objective: To investigate the applied feasibility of scaffold with modified PLA (Polymer of lactic acid) in tissue engineering. Methods:First, we adopted salting-in method to prepare porous foam scaffold. Then, we reconstructed tissue engineering skin by epidermal cells and fibroblasts combined with modified PLA. On the 14th day of cell culturing in vitro, we was a control. Results:The arfificial skin is composed of epidermis and dermis and similar to natural skin in appearance. The skin consists of fibroblasts and keratinocytes, which are in various proliferation and differentiation stages. Fibroblasts and keratinocytes distribute on the surface of polymer of lactic acid (PLA) and the number of fibroblast and keratinocyte increase. Conclusion:Dialdehyde starches (DAS) not only improve the function of PLA but also have good effects on cells. Moreover, it does not affect the growth and the metabolism of the cells. So it is feasible to use modified scaffold to construct tissue engineering skin.
